I hope everyone is enjoying the new term. Year 6 and Year 11 are completing their final exam preparations are we are proud of all their efforts. We have just communicated our GCSE operational plan to parents and carers. Our aim is to provide extensive support to GCSE pupils and we are providing a wealth of revision and breakfast activities in school.
We continue to provide wonderful opportunities for our pupils. This week sees the start of our next set of primary section clubs. The innovative and creative programme includes Construction, Code-breaking, Film Festival preparation, Origami, Ancient Greek Theatre and Calligraphy. There is even Morris Dancing!
Last week Year 11 enjoyed a wonderful performance in school of Macbeth by the Globe Theatre. It was great to see this play brought to life. Our latest House event was the table tennis competition which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Some Year 7 and Year 8 pupils are off to Legoland on Friday where the day includes a robotics workshop. I can’t wait to hear all about it.
Have a great week.
